At Shrifal, every product is carefully inspected and packed with respect and attention. However, if you receive a damaged item or a product that is not functioning as intended, we are happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged or non-working item.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Once verified, we will process the refund or arrange a replacement promptly.

Important:

All Seva and service bookings (including Visarjan Seva, Pooja Assistance, and Consultations) are non-refundable, as they involve prior scheduling, preparation, and coordination.
